With a clear vision and strategy for growth, our client is now looking to recruit a Senior National Account Manager who will report to the Managing Director and take full P&L responsibility for managing a portfolio of the leading Grocery Retail Multiples. The position is office based at the company's Head Office in Hemel Hempstead, Herts.
Classically trained andwith strong FMCG commercial skills gained in a branded food or drinks company, you are either currently managing any of the top 4 Grocer Retails Multiples or working in a support NAM function and looking to step up your career to the next level.
You should possess a sound understanding of JBP management, commercial negotiation and the ability to build effective customer led solutions with a focus on driving profitable sales growth. Finally, you will have a real opportunity to shape and develop both the strategy and future potential of the company and success could lead to further progression
The package on offer is a basic of £60-£65k +15% bonus, fully expensed car (BMW, Audi) or allowance, company pension, private medical and 25 days holiday.
